The system of lighting includes the main headlights (a headlight of head light), back lamps, braking signals, backing lamps, turn indexes, fog lights and back antifog lamps, lamps of illumination of registration plate, plafonds of illumination of a motor compartment and illumination of salon. Before replacement of lamps it is necessary to check the corresponding safety lock and to disconnect the corresponding consumer. Devices and governing bodies are shown by system of lighting and the light alarm system of the car on fig. 7.39 .

The scheme of adjustment is shown on fig. 7.42 .
Adjustment of the direction of light bunches of headlights carry out by means of the device according to the instruction of his manufacturer.

       NOTE
Adjustment of light of headlights carry out according to the acts existing in the region where the car is maintained.

Light of headlights is regulated by rotation of adjusting screws (fig. 7.40) . In the absence of the special equipment adjustment can be carried out as follows.
Establish demanded pressure in tires of wheels. In the car there should be no cargo, except the driver, a spare wheel and the onboard tool. The storage battery and headlights should be in good repair.
Establish the car on an equal horizontal platform.
On the screen for adjustment lead two vertical and one horizontal lines. Points of intersection of lines define position of the centers of light bunches of headlights.
Adjusting screws move the brightest sites of light bunches to points of intersection of lines on the screen.
Adjustment carry out at the included passing beam of headlights.

Adjustment of fog lights
Adjustment of fog lights make, as it is specified for headlights of head light, at a working order of fog lights and the storage battery.

Adjust the direction of light bunches of fog lights the adjusting screw (fig. 7.41) .
The scheme of adjustment is shown on fig. 7.42 .
Include a passing beam of headlights (the car without the driver).

Adjust the provision of light bunches of headlights so that the top borders of light spots settled down within the shaded zone of the screen (fig. 7.43) .
Include fog lights (the car without the driver).

Replacement of lamps

Lamps of a headlight of head light are shown on fig. 7.45 .
For replacement of a lamp of a passing/driving beam uncover a back part of a headlight. Disconnect wires from a lamp, deduce from grooves short moustaches of a spring clamp and take out a lamp.

       PREVENTIONS
Do not concern a lamp flask barehanded. Fat from the fingers, remained on a lamp flask, evaporates and can settle on a reflector (reflector) that will lead to its dimness. The spots which have arisen on imprudence from a touch to a flask wipe a pure rag without pile or remove with alcohol.
Surely replace fused lamps with lamps of the same type.

For replacement of a lamp of dimensional light take out from an optical element a cartridge assembled with a lamp and take out a lamp from the boss.
To replace a lamp of the index of turn remove the contact socket from the boss, turn a cartridge assembled counter-clockwise and take out it from a nest.

Removal and installation of headlights
Removal and installation of a headlight of head light
Disconnect a wire from the negative plug («–») the storage battery.
Unscrew two bolts of fastening of the top facing of a front bumper.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of a block headlight and separate contact sockets.
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Removal and installation of fog lights
Disconnect a wire from the negative plug («–») the storage battery.
Remove a forward podkrylok.

Remove a fog light, having unscrewed fastening screws, and separate the contact socket (fig. 7.46) .
Installation of a headlight is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Back lamps
Removal and installation of a lamp of the index of turn
Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.

Unscrew two screws of fastening of a back lamp (fig. 7.47) .
Separate the contact socket of a back lamp.
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
Removal and installation of the lamps established at doors of a back, lamp of a parking light and lamps of illumination of registration plate
Disconnect a wire from the negative plug («–») the storage battery.

Remove an upholstery of a door of a back (fig. 7.48) .
Take out a lamp of illumination of registration plate and separate the contact socket.
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
Removal and installation of an additional signal of braking
Disconnect a wire from the negative plug («–») the storage battery.
Remove a back spoiler, having unscrewed four nuts of fastening (on cars with a back spoiler).

Unscrew four screws of fastening (fig. 7.49) , separate the contact socket and remove an additional signal of braking.
Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.

Removal and installation of a plafond of illumination of salon 
Disconnect a wire from the negative plug («–») the storage battery.

Having hooked a screw-driver, remove a rasseivatel from the roof console (fig. 7.50) .
Unscrew screws of fastening and separate the contact socket.
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Block of podrulevy switches
Security measures at removal of the block of podrulevy switches from the cars equipped with safety cushions
At removal of the block of podrulevy switches on the cars equipped with safety cushions, strictly observe the following instructions.
Dismantling or repair of the module of a safety cushion and contact disk are forbidden. At malfunction replace them.
Do not allow falling of the module of a safety cushion and a contact disk, and also hit on them of water, greasing and oil. In the presence of dents, cracks and deformation replace the damaged details.
The module of a safety cushion stack on a flat surface facing up. Do not place on it any subjects.
Do not allow impact on the module of a safety cushion of temperature above 93 oС.
After operation of a safety cushion replace a contact disk new.
At work with the worked safety cushion use protective gloves and points.
Utilization of not worked module of a safety cushion carry out in strict accordance with instructions on systems of passive safety.
At separation of the socket of the module of a safety cushion and a contact disk do not apply excessive efforts.
The removed module of a safety cushion store in a dry and pure place.
At installation of a contact disk combine an adjusting label with an index of neutral provision of a disk, establish a steering wheel in the provision of rectilinear movement and attach a contact disk to the switch of a steering column. If an adjusting label of a contact disk not to combine properly with an index of its neutral situation, the steering wheel when passing turn will not turn on a full corner or the flat wire in a contact disk that can lead to the wrong operation of a safety cushion and a serious travmirovaniye of the driver can break.
Removal and installation
Disconnect a wire from the negative plug («–») the storage battery.
Remove the safety cushion module, having unscrewed three bolts of fastening and having separated the socket of the switch of a sound signal.

On cars without a safety cushion remove only facing of the switch of a sound signal (fig. 7.51) .

Unscrew a nut of fastening of a steering wheel.
Remove a steering wheel by means of a stripper.

       PREVENTION
At removal of a steering wheel do not strike on it — it is so possible to damage the mechanism of folding of a steering shaft.

Remove a facing casing of a steering column, having unscrewed three screws of fastening.

Remove a contact disk (fig. 7.52) .

Separate contact sockets and remove the block of podrulevy switches, having wrung out down latches (fig. 7.53) .
