Unscrew two screws of fastening of the console (fig. 8.63) .
Establish the lever of a drive of lay brake system in extreme top situation and remove the console, having lifted it for a back part.
Separate the contact socket of the lighter.
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

The dashboard is shown on fig. 8.64 .
The dashboard is executed in the form of a uniform detail and represents a metal framework with a power absorbing layer from пенополиуретана which from the outer side is revetted with a decorative film.

Removal and installation of a combination of devices
Establish a steering column in the bottom situation.

Remove a peak of a combination of devices, having unscrewed the fastening screw (fig. 8.65) .
Unscrew screws of fastening of a combination of devices and take out it from a nest.

Separate contact sockets of a combination of devices and remove a combination of devices (fig. 8.66) .
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Unscrew two bolts and two screws of fastening of the bottom facing, disconnect the case of the socket of self-diagnostics and a cable of a drive of the lock of a cowl and remove the bottom facing of the dashboard (fig. 8.68) .
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Open a ware box.

Remove the bottom facing of the central console of the dashboard, having unscrewed the fastening screw from the driver.
Installation of the bottom facing of the central console of the dashboard is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Remove a ware box.
Remove the bottom facing of the central console of the dashboard.
Disconnect drive cables a zaslonok of system of ventilation and salon heating from the corresponding levers of a drive a zaslonok.

By means of a stripper remove the central console, since its lower part (fig. 8.70) .
Separate contact sockets of switches of the central console of the dashboard and remove facing of the central console.
Installation of facing of the central console of the dashboard is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Removal and installation of the block of an audiosystem
Remove a ware box.
Remove the bottom facing of the dashboard.

Separate contact sockets of the block of an audiosystem and remove it.

Remove a steering wheel with the safety cushion module.

Remove an audiosystem.
Remove face facings of the dashboard.

Separate the radio antenna socket (fig. 8.72) .
Remove the dashboard, having unscrewed nine bolts of its fastening: four bolts of fastening are located (on two) under face facings of the panel.
Installation of the dashboard is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Remove facing of a threshold of a forward door.
Remove facing of a threshold of a back door.
Remove the bottom facing of an average rack.
Remove facing of the top fastening of a seat belt of a forward seat, unscrew a bolt of fastening and remove the top facing of an average rack.
Moment of an inhaling of a bolt of fastening of a seat belt of a forward seat of 40-50 N · m.
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Remove forward facing of a threshold.
Remove back facing of a threshold.
Remove facing of a bolt of fastening directing a seat belt.
Unscrew a bolt of the bottom fastening of a seat belt and the screw, remove facing боковины.

Shelf of a luggage compartment
Disconnect holding cords of the shelf and remove the shelf, having pulled it up.
Installation of the shelf is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Back facing of a luggage compartment
Remove the shelf of a luggage compartment.
Remove a rug of a floor of a luggage compartment.
Remove back facing of a luggage compartment, having unscrewed fastening screws.
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Lateral facing of a luggage compartment
Remove facing of a threshold of a back door.
Cast away forward a back seat.
Remove a rug of a luggage compartment.
Remove back facing of a luggage compartment.

Unscrew two screws, unscrew a bolt of fastening of a seat belt of an average place of a back seat and remove facing of a back rack of a body.

Sun-protection peaks
Unscrew screws of fastening of a sun-protection peak, remove a peak and the holder.
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Hand-rail
Take aside facing of the screw of fastening of a hand-rail, having hooked it a screw-driver.

– facings of thresholds of forward doors;
– facings of thresholds of back doors;
– seat belts of forward seats;
– bottom and top facings of average racks of a body;
– bottom fastenings of seat belts of a back seat;
– back facing of a luggage compartment;
– fastening of a seat belt of an average place of a back seat;
– lateral facings of a luggage compartment;
– facings of back racks of a body;
– sun-protection peaks and hand-rail.
Remove a roof upholstery, having disconnected holders.
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Removal and installation
Unscrew four bolts of fastening of a forward seat.
Moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a forward seat of 35-55 N · m.
Separate the contact socket of a control lamp of not fastened seat belt and remove a forward seat.
Installation of forward seats is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Back seat

Unscrew four bolts of fastening of a back seat (fig. 8.88) .
Moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a back seat of 35-55 N · m.
Combine a back seat and take out it from the car through a doorway.

Seat belts
Precautionary measures at the address with seat belts
with a mechanical prednatyazhitel
After operation of a prednatyazhitel of a belt the belt reuse is not allowed, replace a belt new.
At removal of a belt do not pull for straps — it can cause casual operation of a prednatyazhitel, damage of details and an injury of hands.
Dismantling and repair of a prednatyazhitel are not allowed.
At belt installation after a vvertyvaniye (without an inhaling) a bolt of fastening it is necessary to wind not less than 500 mm of a belt on the coil (after installation it can be extended from the coil).
After belt and pulling installation from the coil more than 2000 mm of a belt (from the center of a plate of the bottom fastening to the coil center) small breakthrough can cause operation of a prednatyazhitel.
The height of installation of a prednatyazhitel should not exceed 40 see.
Do not take in hands more than one prednatyazhitel.

Precautionary measures at the address with seat belts with a pyrotechnic prednatyazhitel
After operation of a prednatyazhitel of a belt the belt reuse is not allowed, replace a belt new.
At removal of a belt do not pull for straps — it can cause casual operation of a prednatyazhitel, damage of details and an injury of hands.
Dismantling and repair of a prednatyazhitel are forbidden.
Connect the storage battery only upon termination of installation of a prednatyazhitel.
At removal of a prednatyazhitel execute the following:
– be convinced that power supply is disconnected and ignition is switched off;
– disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery;
– wait not less than one minute;
– separate the contact socket of a gas generator, unscrew a bolt of fastening and remove a prednatyazhitel.
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

       PREVENTION
Wrap up a fabric a screw-driver used at work or a stripper not to damage a detail.

Removal and installation of seat belts of forward seats
Before removal of a belt remove the following details:
– facing of a threshold of a forward door;
– facing of a threshold of a back door;
– bottom facing of an average rack of a body;
– top facing of an average rack of a body.
Remove a seat belt of a forward seat.
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Removal and installation of seat belts of lateral places of a back seat
Before removal of a belt remove the following details:
– back facing of a luggage compartment;
– lateral facing of a luggage compartment;
– facing of a back rack of a body.
Remove a belt of a lateral place of a back seat.
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
Removal and installation of a seat belt of an average place of a back seat
Before removal of a belt remove the following details:
