Installation
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
Tighten carving connections by the moments specified below.

Bolts of fastening of the bearing of a nave of a back wheel..... 80–90
Bolt of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber of a suspension bracket..... 100–120
Bolts of fastening of a torsionny beam of a suspension bracket..... 100–120
Bolts of fastening of arms of a beam of a suspension bracket..... 100–120
Attach a cable of a drive of the parking brake.
Remove air from a hydraulic actuator of brakes (see the section «Brake system»).
Shock-absorbers of a back suspension bracket
Removal
Remove a back wheel.

In a luggage compartment remove a rug from facing боковины and a screw-driver remove a cap (fig. 4.40)

Establish a jack under a beam of a back suspension bracket and unscrew a bolt of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber.
Remove the shock-absorber of a back suspension bracket.
Check of a technical condition
Check the shock-absorber on existence of wear or damages.
Check rubber details on existence of damages and deterioration of properties of a material.

Tighten a nut of the top fastening of the shock-absorber, as is shown in
fig. 4.43

Establish a jack under a suspension bracket beam.
Lift the car to the necessary height and tighten a bolt of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber the moment of 100-120 N · m.
PREVENTION
Check correctness of provision of a spring of a suspension bracket.

Springs of a back suspension bracket
Removal
Remove a back wheel.
NOTE
At removal of a beam of a suspension bracket track that the brake hose was not loaded.

Remove the holder of fastening of a brake hose (fig. 4.44)

Establish a jack under a beam of a suspension bracket and unscrew a bolt of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber.
Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a beam to an arm and three bolts of fastening of an arm to a body.
Remove a suspension bracket spring.
Check of a technical condition
Check a suspension bracket spring on existence of cracks and deformation.
Check basic cups of a spring on existence of damages and deformation.

The last round of a spring should settle down in a flute of the top basic cup (rice 4.45)

Insert into a spring the bottom basic cup.
Establish a suspension bracket spring in former situation.

Lift the car a jack and wrap bolts of fastening of an arm of a beam of a suspension bracket to a body (fig. 4.46)

Tighten a bolt of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber.

Remove the sensor of speed of rotation of a wheel (on cars from ABS).
Unscrew bolts of fastening of a nave of a back wheel.

Take out a nave via the brake mechanism (fig. 4.49)

Check of a technical condition
Check a nave on existence of cracks or damages.
Check a cap and an open part of an epiploon on existence of traces of a podtekaniye of greasing.
Be convinced of absence of the increased noise at nave rotation.
